I am the president of the Roxborough Manayunk Wissahickon Historical Society and can tell you this is not how the locals or the historical society would mark the neighborhoods. It is closer to the civic associations or which can overlap, leave gaps, or dice up a neighborhood. You should contact the historical societies in every section of a city to get the proper lines.

Since when is 1,100,000 greater than 1,110,000?
