Albuquerque Neighborhoods Map
Downtown Albuquerque
Downtown Albuquerque is the central business district. It’s also the cultural heart of New Mexico’s largest city. Downtown Albuquerque is situated along Route 66 next to Old Town. The area hosts a variety of events throughout the year. My favorite is the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.
Nob Hill
Not to be confused with the Nob Hill in San Francisco. Albuquerque’s Nob Hill is located near the University of New Mexico. This area has a mix of residential and commercial areas. Most are centered on Central Avenue.
Uptown Map
Uptown is a commercial and residential area. It has some upscale shopping centers, such as ABQ Uptown and Coronado Center. It also holds several festivals at different times of the year.
Old Town
Old Town is the historic part of Albuquerque. It features adobe buildings, galleries, and restaurants. It also showcases the city’s rich cultural heritage. You can find this neighborhood to the northwest of Downtown Albuquerque.
